Information on Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Resources

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Californians are spending more time at home, potentially increasing their risk of lead exposure. The California Department of Public Health, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch has compiled a community resource page for staying lead-safe during the COVID-19 pandemic to help parents, schools, child care providers, and children learn more about lead poisoning, blood lead testing, and how to prevent lead exposure. The resources include educational activities for children and families to enjoy together.
