This online library database from Britannica is aimed at the digital classroom. The entries are specially designed at different reading levels, allowing students to move easily to material of higher or lower comprehension levels as needed.

Don't have a library card? 
You may get a physical card at El Gabilan Library, John Steinbeck Library, or Cesar Chavez Library during open hours, or apply to get one through the mail. Once you complete the application, it will be processed and a provisional card will be sent to the address provided.  Once you receive that card, you can come to any of our libraries during open hours and get a full service card issued by providing identification, and proof of address.
