TEENS! Join us on Wednesday, April 24th from 3:30-5PM to make your own Sensory Bottle. NO SIGN-UPS REQUIRED.

With the final push towards the end of the school year looming, stop by to make this craft! The goal of sensory bottles is to help you focus your attention on watching the contents settle, which can help with self-regulation when you're feeling overstimulated, anxious, or overwhelmed.

Craftivity for Teens runs on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 3:30PM to 5PM with a different activity each time. The library provides a craft (no previous experience necessary) or you can even Bring Your Own Project to just hang out in the teen space, whatever works best for you!
