Have you wanted to learn how to code, but weren’t sure where to start? Here’s a great place!

Using Ozobot robots, we will work on the basics of coding through simple color programming. When the bot sees different color combinations, it figures out a new command. What can we make the Ozobots do? Dancing, navigating a path, let’s find out what else! Recommended for children 8-12 years old.

This program runs June 29th, June 30th, and July 1st.

Ozobots will be checked out to participants, who will use their bots at home. We will have lesson plans based on the age of the participant, and will run live Zoom meetings from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on June 29th, June 30th, and July 1st to talk about the coding and robots, what we observe about the Ozobots, and how their actions and "choices" relate to coding.

We have a limited number of Ozobots. If we exceed the number of bots available, we will contact you about being on the Waitlist. A second Intro to Coding with Ozobots sessions may be added in the future for those on the waitlist to participate.

Registration is full.
