Come celebrate National Bike Month with the Salinas Public Library.  The Salinas Public Library will be hosting a Bike Festival at Cesar Chavez Library from 12pm-3pm.  The Bike Festival will have free bike safety checks (by Valley Bikes), a bike safety course (without bikes), bike themed arts and crafts, bike related information, and more.
