Stay safe and get your library materials in a socially distant fashion with simple, easy to follow procedures. Just  log into the library website at catalog.salinaspubliclibrary.org, put your books on hold using your library card, and wait for an email or call from library staff that your materials are available for pickup.  Library staff will provide further instructions on how to pickup your materials.

"We know the community wants to get books back in their hands, and we're delighted that the current COVID-19 guidelines will allow us to do this," says Mila Rianto Deputy Librarian.

Service hours for Curbside Pickup are Monday thru Friday at the new El Gabilan Library on 1400 N. Main Street, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Books must be placed on hold prior to pick up, and patrons must be notified by the library of their availability before they can be picked up. Patrons will also be able to return materials during those hours at the same time and location. At this time, curbside services are only available at the El Gabilan Library.
