Prepare your incoming kindergartener for the first day of school.  The Salinas Public library will be hosting two Kinder Boot Camps to ease students into the classroom by introducing them to school routines while promoting social, language, and self-regulating skills.  This program is open to all incoming, first-year kindergarten students, especially those who have had little or no preschool experience. Space is limited and registration is required. 

Boot Camp #1
Monday - Thursday, July 26 - July 29
9:00am - 11:00am  
Cesar Chavez Library 

Boot Camp #2
Monday - Thursday, August 2 - August 5 
9:00am - 11:00am   
El Gabilan Library  

Additional information:

• Program will be in person (children only) 
• Children will be required to wear masks during the program 
• Temperature checks will be performed daily at the start of the program
