Throughout April, the library will continue its activities at Northridge Mall. The Salinas Public Library along with Northridge Mall, Artists Ink and the Friends of the Salinas Public Library (FOSPL), will host programs and activities in a pop-up "Read Across Salinas" Little Library at the Northridge Mall to promote reading and share resources about literacy across Salinas. The space will also have books for children, teens, and adults to read and enjoy.

Here are the activities planned for this month:

Thursday, April 4 - Storytime 11am | Join us for engaging stories, interactive songs, and music and movement.

Thursday, April 11 - Game Day 4pm - 5:30pm | Teens and kids stop by for an afternoon of Nintendo Switch gaming fun.

Thursday, April 18 - Storytime 11am | Join us for engaging stories, interactive songs, and music and movement.

Saturday, April 27 - Craft Activity 10:30am - 12:30pm | Come and create during our crafting session for teens and kids.

The Read Across Salinas Little Library is located across the indoor playground in the south end of the mall.

Please note that no regular book checkout services will be offered at the site.
