At this upcoming Tastings Series workshop, local baker and sourdough specialist Otto Kramm of Otto’s Bread Company in Salinas will help demystify the lore of creating a great sourdough loaf and the special taste of this classic bread. Enjoy samples of bakery-made sourdough and be inspired to bring its richness into your own home.
