We are firing up our laser cutter again, this time cutting personalized ornaments out of plywood! 

Submit the name you'd like on the ornament to this Google Form and we'll take care of the rest! 

Make sure to include your name and phone number so we can contact you. You will receive an email from the library staff when your ornament is ready to be picked up.

This will be limited to the first 50 requests, and no more than 2 requests per family. Please submit your request by December 6th at 6:00pm so we will have time to accommodate all requests.
