Join Kids Eat Right for our Health in Action Family Workshop. Learn how to make healthy choices, participate in a fun activity, and get resources to help you and your family live healthy. This is an activity for ages 5 and above. July's workshop focuses on Healthy Hydration and informs families of fun ways to stay hydrated this summer with delicious fruits, veggies and infused water. 

Registration is required for this event. 

This program is brought to you by Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula - supporting families to build a generation of healthy, active kids. Kids Eat Right provides a fun, hands-on, and educational experience to Monterey County schools that is FREE for participants.
