Prepare your soon-to-be kindergartener for their first day of school with the help of the Salinas Public Library's Kinder Boot Camps! These camps are designed to make the transition to the classroom smoother by introducing them to school routines while promoting social interaction, language, and self-regulation skills. The program is open to all incoming, first-year kindergarten students, especially those who have had limited or no prior preschool, including transitional kindergarten (TK) experience.

Space is limited and registration is required. Reserve a spot by completing an interest form. You will be contacted to complete additional forms to finalize your registration.
