Stop Motion Animation Class | Online Workshops
Thursdays @ 10am | May 7th - June 25th, 2020

Stop Motion Animation is a technique used in animation to bring inanimate objects to life on screen. In these series of online workshops/tutorials students will learn how to produce multiple stop-motion clips one frame at a time using LEGOs or any other objects they might have at home. By the end of the class, students will have their own animations (video clips) ready to share with their friends and family.

These stop motion workshops are the perfect introduction to the art of stop motion.  Luis, the instructor/librarian, will be posting a new video tutorial every Thursday at 10am.  Participants are encouraged to follow along and share their animations with the Salinas Public Library.

You can find the videos on the Salinas Public Library YouTube page.
