JSL - Science Workshop: Musical Instruments
The next occurrence of this event:
Join us for Science Workshop! Kids and families can use imagination and tools to explore the world of science with hands-on experience by creating a different science build.
Kids will be able to build and experiment with creating homemade musical instruments and learn about the scientific principles behind these instruments. Some projects may include: constructing and learning how guitars, xylophones, and harmonicas work; making space alien sounds; and experimenting with noise makers.
Recommended for ages 7 and up. Tools will be involved. Younger children can join with an adult to help them.
Salinas Community Science Workshop leads this program.
