Do you need help with your California Mission project? Come to the John Steinbeck Library and learn about the great resources available and find the information you need. We will also have some supplies to get you started on your project.

Applications are due by Feb. 5, 2014

We are looking for 20 students in Grades 5-8 to take part in this special class. Build a working telescope that you will keep. Learn about optics, the history and future of science, human biology in space, and much more! Field experiences will include trips to the Hartnell Planetarium and the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland. The class is free but an application is required.
